Hello to all my Jersey girls and guys! 😊
I'm Danielle, and I couldn't be more thrilled to be part of the Macaroni Kid community. I'm currently a first-time momma to my baby girl — who just turned one (they really aren't kidding when they say time flies!).

I may be a new mom, but I've been a Central Jersey resident since birth. I’m here to build this community by being your go-to resource for finding it all with just a few clicks — from family-friendly events and mommy (or daddy) & me time, to birthday party ideas and so much more — all right here in Western Monmouth County. 

As a mom transitioning from the typical 9–5 to a more flexible work environment to better support my family, I understand how busy life gets. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing event calendars, activity guides, and local vendor lists to help make your life a little bit easier — and a lot more fun! I typically send out my weekly newsletter mid-week to help you get ready for the weekend and the week ahead. If you want to be in loop - you can subscribe here!

Get to Know Me & My Family

A few fun facts to let you know who’s working behind the scenes:

• I grew up in Old Bridge and married my high school sweetheart. 🥰
• We moved down to the Freehold area for a fresh start but wanted to stay close enough to our old stomping grounds for all the things we love.🏠 
• We’re parents to our baby girl 👶🏻and our furrr-ocious Pomeranian pup 🐾 — and we can’t wait to expand our family!
• I’m pretty creative! 🎨 I won’t say I’m Picasso, but I love a class or event where I can craft. I usually get a few compliments on my work — and I can’t lie, that feels good!
• Another creative outlet of mine is fashion. I have a BS in Fashion Merchandising 👠 and worked in NYC for 10+ years, so I know the hustle and bustle!
• Want to know if a good sale is coming up? 🛍️ I’m your girl! Keep an eye out so you can shop ‘til you drop.
• I’m such a foodie! 🍝 I’m always on the lookout for a new restaurant or recipe to try (mostly sweets - I love to bake 🍪). And yes — I scan the menu top to bottom and usually know what I’m getting before I even sit down.
• My family and I are Disney lovers ✨ — from Orlando to Paris, cruise adventures to Disney on Ice tours — we’ve enjoyed it all! We look forward to making even more memories with our baby girl.
• In the summer, you’ll definitely catch us by the water — whether it’s the ocean or a pool, we love being in the sun! ☀️ 
• For a date day out with my husband, you might find us golfing ⛳ (yes, a full round of 18 holes — though I’m usually exhausted by hole 9, so sometimes I’m just relaxing and enjoying the ride).
• I love being active. Before getting pregnant, I used to run almost every day — completing half-marathons and even 20-mile trail races ⛰️. On other days, I enjoy more peaceful workouts like yoga and Pilates.
• We are a family that loves to dance! Music is always playing in our home, and we’re always on the lookout for somewhere we can show our moves. Our baby was practically dancing out of the womb! 🎶
